from the urban wodfit app on my phone:

44x push press 95lb

44x toe to bar

44x pull ups

44x kettle bell swing 53lb (a little less than RX due to available equipment)

44x box jumps

44x row for calories

27:22 I think it was a slow time but the WOD killed me!

Also a very large group run in the morning roughly 4 miles, no idea on the time
