Back to working out after 2 months on the road; damn I got fat

Between Christmas leave, being on the road for 2 months, training for work, and my family feeding me Cajun and Southern food ever where I stopped, I put on a few pounds and could workout as much. At this point I weigh in at 230lbs, I'm usually around 210lbs. This post happens in retrospect during additional work training where I was constantly tired, but couldn't workout as much. I tried to get as much in as possible, a better schedule will follow.

3x5 Back Squat @ 70/80/90%
