Crazy Busy

Work has been crazy busy, but rest assured the workouts haven’t stopped. However im doing required pt with other people, many of which are injured in some way, when ever I can slip away from work. I am feeling the works, just in a different way.

15 may: 30 min on the spin class bike. Pull up ladders

16 may: Tabata sit ups Tabata push ups 10 min spin class bike

17may: 3 mile run on treadmill
