First Post of the Blog

This is the first post of the Blog. Today’s WOD was in the gym using the Rowers, and Oly lifting system. It was a modified version of a WOD on the Crossfit Main site.

50 Alternating pistols (1 legged squats with help from holding on to near by equipment)

30 175lb Hang clean


Run 1 mile on treadmill (way too hot to run outside in the middle of the day here!) 7:00 pace
