little Blackie...

…is the name of a hill i had to run.

Yesterday was a legitimate and much needed rest day.

Today, ran up “little blackie” a .2 mile trail up an increasingly very steep dirt trail, also it was extremely hot in the afternoon Mojave sun. 5 sprints up the hill beating 1:30 on the first run and never breaking the 2:00 mark is considered good. Times:

1:22, 1:44, 1:56, 1:50, 1:51

Push ups, and sit ups

Also overhead squat max:

2 reps x1

1 rep x2

Maxed at 165, failed at 175
