Redid max weights! Also found that tipping point on the squat rack when you take the weight off of one side but not the other, physics!

 Every thing increased by at least 20lb except for front squat which stayed the same, and deadlift which only increased by 10 after a lot of convincing. Tells me that my core and back need work; I’ll also do leg focused wods at 90% max weight instead of 80% 

 Cleans: 215 
Dead lifts: 355 
Snatch: 155 
Front squat: 225 
Clean and jerk: 185 
Back squat: 285 
Push press: 155 
Overhead squat: 155
