Starting desertfitv2 today! Finished my modified ranger and SF military athlete programs. I’m now using many of the wods and concepts from the military athlete program with a Crossfit programming schedule, modified 5-3-1 strength program, with triathlon training work outs most mornings. I’ve also added body armor (or weight vest) and elevation masks into the program. 

 First v2 wod: 

 4 mile fartlek run 

 5x5 cleans @70% 

 4rds w/body armor 
500m row 
20 box jumps 
20 push ups
