Today was supposed to be Lynn. 5 rounds of max body weight bench press and pull ups. No time. However my gym sucks and is busy so…I did my bench at the gym and then drove to the pull up bars after. I’m also finding that if I don’t have a good goal for the workout I’m super unmotivated.
