WOD; clean and jerk; yoga?

p90x yoga in the morning (not a P90x fan, but the yoga is helpful)

continuing on with resetting my max weights i did clean and jerk today.

max @ 200lbs

I think my initial weight may have been a little too much, but I reached my goal of 200lbs, it was sloppy though. I consider anything 200lbs overhead bad ass, also goals for overhead squats and press.
